The process of going through a true Transformation begins with the desire & willingness to change. Taking that first step forward can sometimes be the most difficult as it brings up fears and doubts. Trust this journey you have chosen to embark on- the mere fact that you are curious is validation that you are ready. Begin to trust your own instincts and heart- allow that to guide you and just know that first step forward towards change can be sometimes be the most uncomfortable which means you are well on your way.
A few of the most important key factors required when following through with a transformation are remaining positive, staying consistent and disciplined, and as a result, becoming more balanced. Remember that all of these feelings will come and go and the balance will be shifting throughout the process as well- thats ok. This is life and there are and will always be ups and downs and lefts and rights! 🙂 Positivity will come and go and its up to you to recognize when self talk is healthy or when its debilitating and not serving you well. We all have moments of doubt when we begin to feel frustrated that changes are not happening quick enough. This is usually when self-defeating conversation come in and we can talk ourselves in or out of almost anything. Its during these times you’ll want to first become aware. Aware of your thoughts and the emotions that are surfacing. Just stop and observe. Don’t judge yourself but instead allow this to pass through you. No need to shut them off…the dark and the light both the parts that make up you. We are learning and growing and this is part of the transformation thats occurring much deeper than at the surface. Once you recognize the clouds that have rolled in, you can then use your positive vibrations to reign it back in, reminding yourself of this journey you have set out on and the strength alone that it takes to even begin this type of process. You will not be defeated…not this time. Staying consistent and disciplined happen over time. As you become more educated on not only the training/nutrition and your program in general, but also within your bodies own personal needs, a new relationship develops within you. Your confidence levels increase because you are now learning to listen to the voice within you. You are now developing a stronger sense of self emotionally, mentally, physically, and intuitively.

Instead we are sculpting and reshaping the body to bringing out your natural curve and God given bone structure. We are working to take YOUR body to the next level of its own potential. We are NOT going to work against your body and its own natural genetic and form as this would not be a sustainable transformation. The idea is taking your body and bringing out your attributes, creating balance and symmetry, which creating a more proportionate and desirable look- the best version of you as possible and in the healthiest and most sustainable way. Your body is a temple and one you will have for a lifetime, therefore health and optimal wellbeing is essential to this journey.
