1. Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. Because my programs are customized you don’t have to have a gym membership to get through the program. Whether you have access to a public gym or home gym I will create a program centered around your particular lifestyle & needs. For at home training, the equipment necessary with be minimal but it will require some basic items.

2. Will I need to prepare my food?

You can always buy pre-prepared food but the best option is going to be to prepare your own meals so that you understand exactly what’s in the food you’re eating. Even if you don’t know how to cook, your program will include basic recipes & cooking guidelines to follow.

3. How soon can we start my transformation?

Depending on your purchase, you will choose between specific program options at check out and your plan will be available for immediate download. Some custom programs may take up to 48 hours to process. For Private One-to-One Sessions with Michele D’Angona, please allow up to 24 hours for conformation of your scheduled session.
