1. Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. Because my programs are customized you don’t have to have a gym membership to get through the program. Whether you have access to a public gym or home gym I will create a program centered around your particular lifestyle & needs. For at home training, the equipment necessary with be minimal but it will require some basic items.

2. Will I need to prepare my food?

You can always buy pre-prepared food but the best option is going to be to prepare your own meals so that you understand exactly what’s in the food you’re eating. Even if you don’t know how to cook, your program will include basic recipes & cooking guidelines to follow.

3. Do you offer payment plans?

My programs are to be paid in full at the time you’re ready to begin. I do however offer a payment plan on some programs larger than 10 weeks. All programs require a $600-800. deposit to begin & the remaining amount would be due every two week (1-2 additional payments max). Smaller programs such as training session packages, nutrition packages, and training programs are to be paid in full. If you only have half of your payment now and you know you would like to commit to a program I’d be happy to hold your first payment as a deposit until you’re ready to pay the remaining balance of your program to begin.

4. How soon can we start my transformation?

Once you are ready to get started I would need to get an idea of where your body is at to give you an appropriate timeframe to reach your goals. Once we assess the amount of weeks you’ll need to transform & you’ve turned in all your paperwork including the questionnaire & contracts, you will then pay for your program to being. I will start working on your plan & email it to you within a week of signing up. For competition prep or clients with a tighter timeline, I will rush on the program to have it ready in time.

If you have extenuating circumstances and need to put your program on hold, you may do so for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
