In-Person Personal Training Sessions with Michele D’Angona:

EMPOWERING BODY TRAINING is conducted by Michele D’Angona at Valley Gym in Valley Village California. This is a private gym and there are no walk in’s accepted therefore the gym never has more than 6 people at a time which makes it a truly one-on-one private & comfortable experience.
